The UK-wide security company scored an impressive 151 points out of a possible 174 in its recent Security Industry Authority (SIA) approved contractor audit.
Churchill Security Client Relationship Manager John Melling said: “We’re proud to be recognised in the top percentage again, but it’s not just about us: the score offers assurances to our customers that we deliver what we say we will, providing the highest quality service and protection.”
The ACS Pacesetters accreditation is only awarded to UK security guarding companies falling within the top 15 percent of ACS approved contractors, achieving standards set by the SIA.
John went on to say: “The accreditation emphasises our ‘think customer’ approach and our commitment to continuous improvement.”
The recent external audit saw Churchill Security independently assessed in both Security Guarding and Keyholding activities.
Operations Director Andy Farley, who joined Churchill Security last year, commented: “Since my appointment, I’ve been hugely impressed with the culture here and feel the accreditation is a true reflection of the business’s operational excellence. This outstanding performance is testament to our team of highly-trained guards throughout the UK.”
Director Mat Cook added: “I’m hugely proud of this achievement and indeed of our staff up and down the country: without their ongoing dedication we wouldn’t be recognised year after year, so I’d like to thank them for their commitment.”
