We’ve presented one of our security officers, Robbie Erskine (left), with an award due to excellent feedback from a client whose comment is below:
“When we arrived, he was polite and courteous, came out of the security hut to point us in the direction etc. More than that though, as we were leaving the site around 5, I made the mistake of trying to clear the windscreen on the car, and it immediately froze. I stopped of course. Your security man was very helpful, not only did he insist on scraping the ice off the windscreen, he went to his car and got his de-icer to ensure we could continue safely. I sense it’s consistent with the friendly, helpful, caring culture you have on site, but what he did was more than helpful, please pass on our gratitude to him for his help.”
