Churchill Security is pleased to announce that there have been some major operational changes within the business over the past few months.

We believe our mission for Service Excellence has had a positive impact on multiple areas within the business, such as our new state-of-the-art control room located at our Head Office in Chorley. This will provide support to our clients, adding an extra layer of service offering, including remote access control and remote monitoring.

We have invested heavily into Churchill’s colleagues which has included a restructure of the Operations Team to support our continued growth and aim to provide Service Excellence on a continued and consistent basis. This includes the new position of National Operations Manager being appointed to Luke Toker.

Furthermore, our Contract Managers have become Regional Business Managers. We feel that this new title accurately reflects the changes within the business as we are focusing now more than ever on the solution led approach and ensuring that we can provide cost effective services that are sustainable.

Operations Director Andy Farley said, “We now have a great team at Churchill, not just within Operations but throughout all departments and I only see this strengthening in the coming months and years.”

The UK wide support structure that we have created through continued investment and business development means that we can focus on supporting our clients and colleagues across the country without jeopardising existing delivery of service.

We hope that the recent changes within the business shows the support towards our commitment, not only to our clients but also our fantastic team of colleagues.
