We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Contracts Manager to join our successful and fast-growing business. You will be responsible for supporting and contributing to the company-wide business development initiatives and for nurturing and developing relationships with all of our clients and colleagues. This is a developmental role and offers genuine advancement opportunities for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

A non-exhaustive list of the requirements below:

  • Ensure all contracts are visited within the agreed SLA, including all meeting minutes documented within the company systems.
  • Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with all clients and colleagues.
  • Ensure any service deficiencies or client dissatisfaction is noted and dealt with as soon as practical whilst driving innovation to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Recommend and implement initiatives to constantly improve the contracts and add value.
  • Work in coordination with Human Resources to recruit, deploy and retain our colleagues.
  • Ensure you promote the organisation, its products and services at all times.
  • Ensuring all processes and procedures are documented and followed at all times, for both the company and the client.
  • To advise the Board and the Senior Management team on the implications of current and upcoming health and safety, welfare and other legislations including evaluating options, making recommendations and generating action plans to ensure compliance.
  • To undertake any other duties as required by the Board and Senior Management.

Person Specific


  • Valid SIA Licence
  • Valid UK Driving Licence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use I.T systems effectively
  • Good Organisational , leadership and motivational skills
  • Ability to deal with clients and senior management
  • High level of professionalism
  • Flexible working hours
  • Reliable with excellent time keeping
  • Ability to use initiative and be adaptable
  • Ability to work effectively on your own and part of a team
  • A good knowledge of the security industry


  • Experience working with the Security industry
  • ISO 9001- experience in working with the Quality Management System
  • ACS- experience in working within the standards
